Edgar Johnathan Martinez, a 27-year-old male, tragically lost his life on May 17, 2015, in Houston, Texas. He was found dead next to his car on Weststar Lane in the Alief area around 2:30 a.m. According to the Houston Police Department, Martinez was sitting in his vehicle when he was approached and shot by an unknown suspect. The car rolled forward after he was shot, and he collapsed on the ground. Paramedics pronounced him dead at the scene.
