Troy Dunnavant, a 46-year-old Black male, tragically died on June 17, 2015, in Dallas, TX. He was a victim of a shooting that occurred in the early hours of that morning. According to Dallas police, Dunnavant was shot in the upper torso during a disagreement in the 3000 block of Holmes Street. A witness attempted to drive him to a hospital, but despite their efforts, Dunnavant was pronounced dead upon arrival.
