Gregory Bishop, a 54-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, tragically died on December 20, 2015. He was shot at 6:15 p.m. at 2415 Southland Street and was later transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries. The incident led to the arrest of Ervin Ray Pickens, who admitted to shooting Bishop during a police interview. Pickens was charged with murder, and his bond was set at $250,000.
