Jose Rodriguez-Lucio, a 32-year-old male of Hispanic/Latino ethnicity, was shot just after midnight in Deep Ellum on June 15, 2025, in the 200 block of South Hall Street in Dallas. Responding officers found Jose Rodriguez-Lucio unresponsive in an alley off South Hall, and Dallas Fire-Rescue pronounced him dead at the scene.
