Carlos Ray Swist, a 43-year-old man tragically died on March 1, 2016, in Austin, Texas. Swist was a delivery driver for a florist company and was driving a company van when he was shot and killed. The incident occurred after an altercation at a convenience store over a $5 bill that had fallen on the floor. Surveillance video from the store showed that Swist was not the aggressor in the confrontation.
