Jesse Rayburn Arms, a 26-year-old male from Stamford, Texas, tragically passed away on May 8, 2016. He was shot in the neck around 2 a.m. in the driveway of his mother's home on the 100 block of North Ferguson Street. The incident occurred after Jesse got into an argument with another man.
