On October 14, 2024, in San Antonio, Texas, 31-year-old Armando Torres Jr. was fatally shot during a family dispute. The incident occurred around 8:37 p.m. in the 5800 block of Analissa, near Roosevelt Avenue. San Antonio police officers, who were patrolling the area, heard multiple gunshots and were directed by bystanders to the location where Torres had been shot. Upon arrival, they found Torres with multiple gunshot wounds; he was pronounced dead at the scene.
