On September 19, 2024, 23-year-old Jamar Donte "Whoadie" Atkinson was fatally shot outside his apartment complex on Deerwood Drive in San Antonio, Texas. According to reports, two masked individuals approached Atkinson around 7 p.m. and opened fire, striking him in the torso.
