Carlos Castaneda, a 23-year-old Hispanic male, tragically lost his life on June 11, 2016, in Houston, Texas. Castaneda had driven to Houston from Brownsville for reasons that remain unclear. He was found lying in the street near a pickup truck, bleeding and in need of immediate medical attention. Despite the efforts of paramedics, Castaneda succumbed to his injuries.
