Robert Palmer, a 27-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on April 19, 2021. He was fatally shot in a north Houston neighborhood during an incident that also claimed the life of another man, Patrick Rashad Price, and injured three others. The suspect, Tracye Cash, a 28-year-old man, was later charged with capital murder and two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

According to reports, Cash was out on bond for another crime at the time of the shooting. ...
