Peter Pina, a 33-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically shot and killed on June 14, 2016, at the Electric Chair Tattoo & Piercing shop in Houston, Texas. Pina, a body piercing technician and father of three boys, was working at the shop when the incident occurred.
