Julian Jesus Cobos, a 22-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Houston, Texas, tragically died on November 13, 2020. He was born on December 6, 1997, in Denton, Texas, and was survived by his parents, Nancy Cobos Casique and Alonzo Casique, his daughter Janessa Jai Cobos, his fiancée Erica Rodriguez, and his siblings.
On the night of his death, Julian was at the Graham Apartments located at 250 Uvalde in Houston when he was approached by three Black males who attempted to rob him.
During the robbery, Julian tried to escape, but he was shot and killed. The Harris County Sheriff's Office released composite sketches of two of the suspects involved in the murder, and they are actively seeking information to identify and apprehend the individuals responsible.
The investigation into Julian's murder is ongoing, and the authorities have not disclosed details about the third suspect. The community and Julian's family continue to seek justice for his untimely death.
