George Octavio Rodriguez, a 20-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Laredo, Texas, tragically passed away on June 26, 2016. He was found dead alongside his girlfriend, 19-year-old Alondra Gutierrez, in an empty lot in the Lakeside Subdivision.
