Francisco Ortega Martinez, a 35-year-old Hispanic male from Houston, Texas, tragically died on July 17, 2016. He was transported to Ben Taub General Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The Houston Police Department Homicide Division responded to a shooting call at the scene and found paramedics treating Mr. Martinez.
