Leroy Sauceda Jr., a 28-year-old man from Houston, Texas, tragically lost his life on February 23, 2018. Sauceda was shot and killed after leaving Chula's Sport Bar on the East Freeway frontage road near John Ralston Road. He was in the company of Eric Fulcher, who was also shot but survived with injuries. The incident occurred after Sauceda and Fulcher had a verbal altercation with two unidentified men inside the bar.
