Rayshawn Davis, a 27-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on November 14, 2021, in the North Austin neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 12:05 a.m. in the 5900 block of West North Avenue. Davis was attending a gathering when he was shot multiple times in the torso.
