Walter Wally Joe Meisenheimer, a 68-year-old man from Katy, Texas, tragically died on August 6, 2016. He was known to be a kind and friendly individual, often described as always having a smile and ready to share a joke. Unfortunately, his life came to an abrupt end when he was shot in the neck by his son, Thomas Meisenheimer, who was 34 years old at the time.
