Thomas Mirone III, a 25-year-old man from Converse, Texas, tragically lost his life on August 24, 2016. Mirone was involved in a drug deal at a home near Randolph Air Force Base when he was shot and killed. The incident occurred when Tyler Collins, along with several others, met up with Mirone to purchase drugs.
