Victoria Polanco, a 51-year-old woman of Latin American descent, was tragically killed on September 9, 2016, in Dallas, Texas. She was the owner of Pupuseria Victoria, a small restaurant in East Dallas where she served traditional Latin American food. Polanco was well-known and beloved in her community for her generosity and kindness. She often provided food to those in need, including homeless people and neighbors.
