Genevive Ann Dawes, a 21-year-old woman from Dallas, TX, tragically died on January 18, 2017. She was shot and killed by Dallas Police Officer Christopher Hess during an incident involving a stolen car. Dawes and her boyfriend, Virgilio Rosales, were inside the car when police officers responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle.
