Esteban 'Steve' Rivera, a 38-year-old man from Robstown, Texas, tragically lost his life on October 1, 2016. Rivera was shot outside his home in the 3800 block of County Road 69. According to reports, Rivera was texting a woman and waiting for her outside when she arrived with three others who claimed Rivera owed them money. A fight ensued, and as Rivera attempted to head back inside, he was shot twice in his back.
