Kevin Chester, a 55-year-old African American man, was tragically killed on September 23, 2020, in the Lawndale neighborhood of Chicago, IL. The incident occurred around 3:10 p.m. when multiple individuals approached Chester in the 1200 block of South Kolin Avenue and opened fire.
