Isaiah Starry, a 13-year-old boy from Robstown, Texas, tragically lost his life on July 27, 2018. Isaiah was a student at Calallen Middle School and an active member of Boy Scout Troop 65. He was known for his helpful nature and volunteered at the Retama Manor Nursing Center, where his grandparents lived.
