On January 12, 2023, at approximately 8:00 p.m., 43-year-old Roberto Perez was fatally shot in Robstown, Texas. Police responded to reports of a shooting in the 400 block of East Avenue E, where they discovered Perez lying unresponsive on the ground with multiple gunshot wounds. Several bullet casings were found leading up to his location. Perez was transported to Corpus Christi Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead.
