Dedrick Earl, a 22-year-old male of African American ethnicity, tragically passed away on November 16, 2016, in Austin, Texas. He was fatally shot at an apartment complex located at 8800 North Interstate 35. The incident occurred when Dedrick and a witness were asked by Melvin Stephens, 47, to clean ashes off Stephens' car.
