Jaime Hernandez, a 39-year-old Hispanic male, was tragically killed on June 11, 2023, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred during a heated dispute with his neighbor, 79-year-old Frankie Vernagallo, a former deputy of Harris County Precinct 2. The altercation, which took place in the front yard of Hernandez's home on Kirkglen Drive, was reportedly sparked by a disagreement over Hernandez's dog.
