Cathy Hicks Parrott, age 32, was last seen by her family on the night of July 23, 1992, at her residence in Tara Village, Florence, South Carolina. She was officially reported missing on July 25, 1992, after failing to report to work at a local dry cleaner the following morning. Cathy's car was found the day before, abandoned in the East Florence area, after being involved in a hit-and-run accident.
