Alex Straway, a 23-year-old male of Caucasian ethnicity, tragically passed away on January 14, 2017, in Beaumont, Texas. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly harrowing. According to reports, Alex Straway was fatally shot by Seth Joachim Haynes, a 21-year-old acquaintance, during an altercation. Following the shooting, Haynes drove Straway's car to the 3300 block of McHale Street and set it on fire with Straway's body still inside.
