On a Sunday evening in St. Louis, Missouri, the life of 17-year-old Antoinette Shantell Arlette Wilkins was tragically cut short. It was November 13, 2011, and the teenager was at her sister's home in the 4000 block of St. Louis Avenue when the sound of gunshots suddenly pierced the air.
