Antionette Shantelle Wilkins, a 17-year-old from St. Louis, Missouri, was tragically killed by a stray bullet on November 13, 2011. Antionette was at her sister's home in the 4000 block of St. Louis Avenue when the incident occurred. Gunfire erupted from a vacant lot across the street, approximately 50 to 60 yards away.
