Terrance Valentine II, a 21-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 9, 2017, in San Marcos, Texas. He was fatally shot during what witnesses described as a drug deal gone wrong at the Avenue Apartments. According to reports, Valentine and another man got into an argument during the transaction, which escalated when both men pulled out handguns.
