Joel Espino, a 21-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on June 22, 2015, in San Marcos, Texas. Espino was fatally shot in the head during an attempted robbery at his mobile home. The incident occurred when a group of seven young men, most of whom were teenagers, armed with guns and clubs, approached Espino's residence, which was rumored to be a drug house.
