Amber Flores, a 19-year-old Hispanic woman, tragically lost her life on February 22, 2017, in Houston, Texas. She was fatally shot while sitting as a passenger in a vehicle at around 7:30 p.m. The driver of the vehicle was also wounded in the shooting and was transported to a hospital. At the time of her death, Amber was four months pregnant.
