Jose Guadalupe Martinez, a 50-year-old Hispanic male, was found murdered in his office on March 15, 2017, in Brownsville, Texas. The incident occurred at Milo’s Tire Shop, located at 2485 Military Highway. At approximately 7:49 p.m., officers responded to a call and discovered Martinez face down in a pool of blood with a gunshot wound to his head. Investigators found one bullet casing at the scene.
