Kenneth Wayne Williams, a 53-year-old male tragically lost his life on April 29, 2017, in Abilene, Texas. The circumstances surrounding his death were particularly disturbing. Williams was found deceased in the residence of Larry Dewayne White, located in the 2100 block of Jeanette Street. According to court documents, Williams was bound and gagged with some sort of cable or tape, and something had been forced into his mouth.
