Aaron Howard, a 37-year-old man from Abilene, Texas, tragically lost his life on September 2, 2018. The incident occurred in an alley behind his neighbors' home in west Abilene, following an argument over a mattress. The altercation escalated, leading to Howard being shot three times by Johnnie Dee Allen Miller, 72, and his son, Michael Theodore Miller, 36. Both men fired at Howard, with Johnnie Miller using a handgun and his son using a shotgun.
