Israel Tovar, a 31-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically died on May 28, 2017, after being shot at a gas station in Dallas, TX. Police were called to the scene around 1 a.m. and found Tovar shot. He was taken to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
