Victor Colin, a 23-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on December 31, 2014, in Dallas, TX. He was found shot in the 1500 block of Kingsley Drive around 11:30 p.m. Colin was taken to Baylor University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead. Witnesses reported that Colin had been involved in an argument with three men before the shooting occurred. Unfortunately, there was no suspect description available at the time.
