Lucio Ramirez-Jauregui, a 34-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on September 1, 2017, in Arlington, Texas. He was shot multiple times in the back at his apartment complex, Rio on the Parkway. The Tarrant County Medical Examiner's Office confirmed his cause of death as gunshot wounds.
