Lawan Fisher, a 34-year-old Black male, was tragically shot and killed on October 27, 2017, in Dallas, Texas. The incident occurred at the Estrella Apartments located at 4542 W Kiest Blvd. Fisher was returning home when he was fatally shot at around 3:30 am. The circumstances surrounding his death were investigated by the Dallas Police Department.
