Known to use aliases such as Lucy Morningstar, Samantha Steele, or Samantha Lloyd, her sudden disappearance left her loved ones in a state of deep concern. The circumstances leading up to Samantha's disappearance are unsettling. She was last seen after being released from the Polk County Jail in the early hours of November 19, 2016. She had been arrested on a warrant for trespassing. After her release, she has never been heard from again. Her usually active social media presence went silent, and she made no further contact with her family, which was highly out of character.
