David Cruz, a 32-year-old man from Dallas, Texas, tragically died on April 7, 2021, from a gunshot wound to his chest. He was found unresponsive in a bedroom at a residence on Lasater Road, and despite efforts to save him, he was pronounced dead at the scene. The investigation revealed that Cruz was shot by Andrew Puccella Tyler and Danyel Nicole Harrell, who were both arrested and charged with capital murder in connection with his death.
