Curtis E. Shelley, a 27-year-old male from Killeen, Texas, tragically died on November 12, 2017. Shelley was involved in a heated argument with his neighbor, Austin Fasulo, who was the son of a Killeen police officer. The argument escalated when Fasulo, armed with a gun, shot Shelley, who was unarmed, in the middle of the street. Shelley later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
