Darryl Dewayne "Bliss" Washington, a 25-year-old male from Tyler, Texas, tragically passed away on November 13, 2017. He was fatally shot at the Chelsea Creek Apartments in an incident believed to be connected to narcotic activity. The shooting resulted in the death of Washington and injuries to two other individuals, Terry Demond Rogers and Nadarius Houston, both from Tyler.
