On March 25, 2024, 79-year-old Dell Howard Tilley was fatally shot in his home in Tyler, Texas. The incident occurred around 12:30 a.m. in the 14600 block of Park Hill Drive. Emergency responders attempted life-saving measures, but Tilley was pronounced dead at the scene.
