On December 22, 2017, at approximately 1:40 a.m., Dallas police officers responded to a shooting incident in the 4800 block of Dolphin Road. Upon arrival, they discovered 19-year-old Reymundo Lopez, a Latino male, suffering from a gunshot wound.
