Sherroin Brentley, a 38-year-old African American male, was fatally shot on December 26, 2017, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at approximately 2:10 p.m. while Brentley was seated in the driver's seat of his vehicle, which was parked in a lot on Veterans Memorial Drive. An unidentified male suspect approached and fired multiple shots into Brentley's vehicle, striking him several times.
