On September 24, 2012, Darryl Reed, a 25-year-old man, was shot and killed in St. Louis, Missouri. The incident occurred while he was in the passenger seat of an SUV in the Dutchtown neighborhood of St. Louis. The shooting appeared to be a targeted drive-by attack, with Reed being struck in the head by gunfire. Emergency responders were called to the scene but unfortunately, Reed succumbed to his injuries.
