Raymond James Lindgren, a 40-year-old man from Houston, Texas, was tragically killed on January 24, 2018. Lindgren was working on a car outside his apartment complex in southwest Houston when he was shot by Christopher Joseph Cruz, a 26-year-old acquaintance. The incident occurred after Cruz and Lindgren had an argument over the phone. Cruz drove to Lindgren's apartment complex and opened fire, killing Lindgren and wounding another man who was present at the scene.
