Dale Jones, a 49-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on February 25, 2015, in Houston, Texas. The incident occurred at 5022 Mallow, where multiple gunshots were reported by witnesses. Upon arrival, the police discovered one of the victims lying on the ground in the parking lot, while the other two victims were found deceased inside an apartment at the same address. The other victims were identified as Willie Watts, 63, and Darryl O'Neal, 50, both African American males.
