Carlos Clark, a 25-year-old male from Texarkana, Texas, tragically passed away on February 10, 2018. He was shot in the early morning hours at a gas station parking lot on State Line Avenue in Texarkana. According to reports, Clark and another man were sitting in a car when Tyvon Montrel Gullatt, a 23-year-old man, allegedly attempted to rob them.
